v8.11 - game tool (combined tool for download, settings, game data)

hey - it's bitsy v8.11!

this version features a new "game" tool that combines the features of the download, settings, and game data tools. this new tool brings all project-wide settings into a single place and I hope makes the overall bitsy editor feel a little less cluttered. you can read more about it in the docs:  https://make.bitsy.org/docs/tools/game/
