v8.9 (room rendering bugfix + russian update)

hey folks, I just updated bitsy!
this update fixes a bug in the room tool where rendering would break every time you edited a tile in the paint tool.
it also includes a major update to the Russian translation of the tools, filling in all the text that's been added since v8.0 among other edits, courtesy of Paul Bid!
